RESIDENCY:
All athletes FUN to U19 age living in Kelowna/Lake Country must register with the Kelowna Ringette Association. Players aged 18+ choose which association to register with as there are no residency requirements for this age level.
If you are seeking release to another association, please refer to Ringette BC’s release procedure and policies.
NEW FOR THE 2024/2025 SEASON:
In alignment with Ringette BCs new Competition Framework, Zone teams are now female only or male only. Transgender or non-binary athletes may register in the stream of their chosen gender identity.
Community/Club teams will be streamed into Female or All -Gender options at U14, U16 & U19. There must be a minimum of 9 athletes to form a team in the specific stream. *Please note that it will be at the discretion of the Club Association to determine which teams in which specific category are able to be formed.

Registration fees includes ice time, insurance, Ringette BC fees, TORL league fees, referee costs and Sweetheart Tournament fees.
REFUND POLICY:
Refund requests must be received in writing by email to our administrator at admin@kelownaringette.com
Partial refunds* will be issued as follows:
Before October 1, 2024 - 90% of the balance between the original registration fee paid minus $120 administration fee.
Between October 1 to November 30 - 50% of the balance between the original registration fee paid minus $120 administration fee
No refund after November 30
*Withdrawals in special circumstances will be reviewed by the board for consideration.(i.e. Medical withdrawals or extenuating situations)
