Stay & Play Sponsor Hotels

The Kelowna Sweetheart Tournament has a “Stay & Play” hotel policy. This means that all attendees in need of hotels are requested to book them through one of our Sponsor Hotels.

Hotel Booking Policy - Sweetheart Tournament

The Kelowna Ringette Association has worked hard with our hotel sponsors to secure excellent rates for teams participating in the Sweetheart Tournament. To support our hotel partners and ensure the success of these partnerships, we ask all teams to follow these important guidelines:

Only book rooms for your own team.
Do not reserve rooms for multiple teams.
Book only the number of rooms you truly need.
Please avoid over-reserving or holding extra rooms "just in case."
Avoid last-minute cancellations.
Cancelling blocks of unused rooms close to the event can leave our partner hotels with empty rooms, which jeopardizes future partnerships and rates.
